Role Description


As a Cold Caller at ReMoxie, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our team to follow up. This role requires strong communication skills, a warm and professional tone, and the ability to stay motivated even when facing challenges.


Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to leads from provided lists or databases
  • Clearly communicating ReMoxie’s value and service offerings
  • Asking discovery questions to understand potential clients’ needs
  • Qualifying leads and identifying potential matches for our services
  • Handling objections with grace, empathy, and persistence
  • Scheduling appointments for our client services team
  • Logging call outcomes and updating CRM tools as needed
  • Following up with interested prospects in a timely manner
  • Meeting weekly call and conversion targets

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service (VA agency experience a plus!)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and upbeat phone manner
  • Strong active listening and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable with using scripts while sounding natural
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience using CRM or lead tracking tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Able to work in alignment with Central Standard Time (CST)
